Distressed Debt & Rescue Capital

Through an affiliate platform, we acquire distressed notes and where applicable, 
re-structure and extend them so that borrowers can successfully re-pay the loan.

The strategy requires the borrower to execute forbearance agreements for avoidance of foreclosure in the event of default.

Leadership

Adam C Petrillo

Adam’s real estate career spans almost 4 decades. – He has closed in excess of $3B in transactions as a principal, advisor and lender and has held positions with firms engaged in real estate advisory, lending, investment, construction management and development. He began his real estate career as a commercial mortgage broker and analyst and ran a successful international lending practice as agent for a European bank.

He served as an asset manager for LNR Properties, one of the largest special servicers in the CMBS market.

He was a managing partner in the ownership and development of the San Juan Ritz Carlton Hotel & Casino, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Biloxi Miss other resort and gaming properties.

He was Executive VP at Hill International, a NYSE global construction management firm where he led business development resulting in over $1 billion in major projects in the U.S and Caribbean. After departing Hill he assisted with the Launch of Haven Capital, a $1.2 billion Ground Lease fund. Adam is an active board member of the Miami Dade County Housing Finance Authority and recently on the Champions team of Best Buddies, an organization supporting people with intellectual disabilities.

Adam holds a Florida Real Estate License, is a graduate of Florida International University, School of Hospitality Management and an undergrad at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
